How TO LOSS WEIGHT NATURALLY
There are plenty of fad diets and crash diets out there that can make you lose a lot of weight very fast, like a few days fast. But most of those diets make your body lose only water weight, which comes right back once you get back into your regular routine because what these diets offer as routine is nearly impossible to follow on a regular basis safely.
 

Instead of following these wacky diets, choose one that makes sense but that doesn’t make your body do unnatural feats of weight loss. Losing 10lbs in 3 days is NOT natural.Actually, it’s quite dangerous at the worst, and for the best case scenario, it certainly does not last.
 

I’m sure you’re asking how you choose the right diet and weight loss program for yourself. Well it’s easy really: the best diet and weight loss program is one that is rooted in natural healthy living.
First, let me briefly explain some of the specifics of how the majority of the useless fad diets do NOT work:


FAD DIETS THAT DO NOT WORK
1. Most fad diets unfortunately are tedious and take too much energy and sometimes money. I’m not talking about exercise; I’m actually talking about the diet and nutrition part. Some make you buy the weirdest of foods, hyper-organic supplements and odd (or awful) tasting beverages.
 

After the “new-ness” of everything wears off, you either end up being plain bored of the weirdness, tired of having to go out of your way constantly to prepare tasteless foods or you just plain can’t afford these expensive groceries anymore!

2. Instead of giving alternative options or different preparation and cooking methods, most fad diets tell you to just plain cut out certain healthy foods. Now, junk foods and unhealthy food choices 

I can understand to be things you’d want to avoid but then there are other healthy foods that some of these odd fad diets tell you to cut out.
You will end up feeling “trapped” with no nutritional freedom. (A good diet will offer you alternative ways to prepare or cook healthy foods so you will still have variety.)


3. Crash diets usually do NOT focus on balanced nutrition. Instead, they rely on supplements and vitamins to make up for the foods you’re cutting out. As I mentioned earlier, supplements get expensive and just so annoying over time! 

Keep in mind that your body may not (and most likely will not) absorb supplements easily and quickly, unlike healthy whole foods.
 

The nutrients found in whole foods are absorbed by your body immediately upon digestion, whereas supplements take a while to become absorbed and give off positive effects. With those diets, it’s possible to develop nutritional deficiencies, which are quite difficult to overcome and correct.

4. The most important reason why crash diets do not work: the results you see do not last. They don’t last because it’s nearly impossible to maintain these crash diets without suffering health consequences.
 

Don’t choose the yo-yo diets that make you lose and gain weight left and right; not only is this ineffective for your internal health, your body and skin cannot take this kind of stress well. And don’t forget about your mental health - all the back and forth can wreck your self-esteem and confidence.
 

So ignore those fad diets and crash diets. Instead, choose the diet that is focused on balanced nutrition, natural healthy lifestyle choices and effective exercises. Simple, balanced and natural are the best ways to go!
